Does Loudoun Stairs serve my area?
Loudoun Stairs works within a 150-mile radius of Purcellville, Virginia, primarily in the following areas: Washington, DC Metro and Baltimore Metro regions, Northern Virginia, Richmond and Fredericksburg. We also serve other parts of Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Contact us to see if we work in your area.
Does Loudoun stairs work directly with homeowners or only with contractors?
Loudoun Stairs works with residential and commercial builders, renovation contractors and homeowners.
Will a professional visit my home or job site for measurements?
Yes, one of our qualified account representatives or rail measurers will come to your home or jobsite to obtain the most accurate measurements and answer any of your questions.
During what phase of construction should I contact Loudoun Stairs?
For new home construction and renovations of existing homes, contact Loudoun Stairs during the planning stage for your stair and rail needs.
Can Loudoun Stairs design my stairs or rails for me?
Although Loudoun Stairs prefers to work with architectural drawings you provide, we can also work directly with you or your architect to assist in the design of your stairs and rails. We can provide CAD stair and rail drawings if necessary.
Can I change the type of staircase I have?
That depends. We’ll need to take a look at the current design and space allowances to determine the best options.
Do I have a variety of choices in wood for my stairs and railings?
How are my stairs and rails delivered?
Products are delivered by our personal fleet of delivery trucks to the jobsite at no additional charge. To avoid damage, stair treads and prefinished parts are covered with protective coverings to maintain the integrity of the product and avoid damage.
Is Loudoun Stairs compliant with building codes?
Loudoun Stairs employees are knowledgeable of building codes, and in complying with those building codes that pertain to our products.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Loudoun Stairs accepts payment by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Credit terms are available for qualified individuals.
If I see a problem after an installation, who should I contact?
If we’ve done the installation, Please contact our customer service department at 703-478-8800 x 149 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll do everything we can to fix it. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with our product.
Does Loudoun Stairs offer any kind of guarantee or warranty?
Loudoun Stairs warrants its products against manufacturer defects or installation defects only for a period of one year after settlement on new residential and commercial construction or one year following the installation date for renovations.
