Yes, one of our qualified account representatives or rail measurers will come to your home or jobsite in order to obtain the most accurate measurements.

Can Loudoun Stairs design my stair for me?
Although Loudoun Stairs prefers to work with architectural drawings provided by you, we can also work directly with you to assist in the design of your stairs and rails. With your permission, we can also work directly with the architect to design your stairs or rails.

Do I have a variety of choices in wood selections out of which my stairs and railings are made?
Loudoun Stairs can build stairs in railings in a large variety of wood species, such as oak, maple, cherry, Brazillian cherry, and hickory. How do my stairs and rails get delivered?
Products are delivered by our personal fleet of delivery trucks to the jobsite at no additional charge. To avoid damage, stair treads and prefinished parts are covered with protective coverings to maintain the integrity of the product.
